Myasthenia Gravis is an autoimmune illness. Its pathogenesis is block and destroys acetilcolina receivers of postsynaptic membrane of neuromuscular union. It usually presents a no specific beginning and it cans mistake for very diverse clinical illness. This case presents delayed Myasthenia Gravis symptomatology (83 years), which it could mistake for Eaton Lambert Syndrome, since this is more frequently to appear in this age).
