Abstract At the University, archives are decision-making tools: they support University's administrative, academic, and legal actions, as well as preserving and disseminating the documentary heritage when it acquires any cultural and historical value. At the same time, archivists -permanent witnesses of the academic work- need keep themselves updated, renewing their techniques and processes
